About ash

Ash is the owner and creative director behind Bleach Babes Studio, a boutique Aveda salon in the heart of Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Specialising in lived-in blondes, dimensional colour and healthy hair transformations, she created Bleach Babes as a space that feels more like a luxury lounge than a traditional salon — relaxed, elevated and completely personalised.

With experience spanning salon education, editorial styling and backstage work, Ash has worked across fashion shows, runway, campaigns and events, while also building a loyal clientele who love effortless, wearable hair that still feels high-end. Alongside salon life, she is also an Aveda Guest Artist, delivering education and sharing her passion for modern blonding, healthy hair and creating luxury client experiences.

Sustainability has always been a huge part of the Bleach Babes vision. As an Aveda salon and proud Sustainable Salons partner, Ash is passionate about creating beautiful hair while being more conscious about the products, practices and impact behind the scenes. Plant-powered colour, hair health and a more mindful approach to beauty are at the core of everything she does.
